Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
This document was drafted as a reasonable baseline for a small personal project and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Tequila Wave ("the Service", at tequilawave.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What this is
Tequila Wave is an independent creative and educational project β music, writing, games, and learning tools related to Ukrainian culture and language. It is run by one person (Jorge Nino) as a hobby/creative project, not a commercial company.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are currently limited to 100 total while the Service is in an early/testing stage. We may pause or reopen registration at any time without notice.
- One account per person. We may suspend or delete accounts used for automated signups, abuse, or attempts to bypass the account limit.
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violating these terms.
4. Your content
Content you create (such as flashcards) belongs to you. By submitting it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not currently display user-submitted content publicly to other visitors.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful;
- Attempt to create multiple accounts to bypass the account limit;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This is a small, independently run project β things may break, change, or go offline without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tequila Wave and Jorge Nino are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is free to use, and our total liability for any claim is limited to zero.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
